Öffentlicher Seezugang und Liegewiese in 100 m Entfernung. Der schöne Strandweg entlang des Seeufers führt von Rapperswil nach Schmerikon und direkt durch Bollingen. Es ist ein Fuss und Radweg von 11 km Länge. Bollingen ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar! ÖV und Läden sind in 5 Min. Autofahrt entfernt.

Diese sonnige 135 m2 Wohnung ist nah am See, Dorf und Bahnhof. Direkte Züge nach Zürich (25 Min.) und Flughafen. Grosses und helles Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten (180x210, 140x200,160x200). Extras sind eine Infrarotsauna und ein Büroarbeitsplatz. Zwei Badezimmer, beide mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der sonnige Garten und die große Terrasse eignen sich perfekt zum Essen im Freien. Ein Garagenstellplatz ist inklusive.

Direkt vor der Wohnung sind Wanderwege die sie z.B zum Waldbach-Wasserfall führen werden. Bleiben sie auf dem Jakobsweg geniessen sie die Aussicht auf Bodensee, Zürrisee oder den Säntis. In 25.min erreichen Sie mit Auto den Säntis oder die sieben Churfirsten sowie Thurwasserfälle. Es gibt platz für Ihr Auto sowie Velos.

In this cosy accommodation you will spend a great time. Lake view and all around view of the countryside. The connection to public transport is very good, so that especially the cities of Zurich, Zug and Lucerne can be reached quickly. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and the lake is just a stone's throw away. There are the Badi, a beach volleyball court and training facilities. The apartment is furnished with high quality materials.

The Mountains are Calling Retreat

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
