Cozy home with lots of comfort!

Our accommodation is in Ratingen-Lintorf on the outskirts of Düsseldorf. Airport (11 km), Düsseldorfer Messegelände (13 km). The apartment is located in a two-family house with parking facilities directly in front of the house. In 5 minutes walk, a forest area with pond invites you to walk and jog. Various supermarkets and a small city center can be reached under one km. A bus stop with connection to Düsseldorf and S-Bahn stations is within walking distance in a few minutes. You will greatly appreciate my place because of the cleanliness, coziness and good amenities, as well as the peace and quiet in the house. My accommodation is good for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

Beautiful apartment in the historic heart of Rating

The 2-room apartment with 55 square meters is located at the top of the pedestrian zone in the heart of the historic old town of Ratingens. It is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building (3 steps to the hallway, otherwise everything is on the ground floor), the upper floors of which are privately inhabited. All windows have shutters and are not visible from the street. The bedroom faces the yard and is nicely quiet. The apartment has just been renovated and is in absolutely mint condition.

The kitchen features a sloped ceiling with a large window allowing natural light to filter in. Modern appliances, including an oven and stovetop, are installed in a streamlined counter space. Light wood cabinetry complements the space, while a dining table is positioned nearby.

Recently renovated 50 m² loft apartment in a well-connected suburb of Neuss. The A57 and A46 motorways can be reached in just a few minutes. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & airport (approx. 40 mins), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental Business Park 1 km away. The entire flat was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Look forward to a lovingly furnished 50-square-metre flat on the first floor – just a few minutes' walk from Ratingen's old town. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 160-cm-wide double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a WC, as well as a large roof terrace. A living room and bedroom and a kitchen-living room. All windows and the sunny terrace overlook the garden. Our library invites you to read. Enjoy relaxed and spacious living in a quiet location in the center of Düsseldorf. The large shaker table can also be used for meetings with up to 6 people.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.
