Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room there is a large flat screen TV. And many shelves with books for all tastes.

Dear holiday guests! My apartment is on the upper floor of a semi-detached house at the end of a cul-de-sac. It is very quiet and within walking distance you are at Ratzeburger See, Küchensee in the forest, in the city center or at the train station. The bright, friendly apartment can accommodate two adults (with a child if necessary) and has a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. Dogs are very welcome.

The small studio apartment is a quiet, cosy and relaxed starting point to conquer the scenic surroundings or Hamburg, Lübeck, Schwerin, many idyllic small towns or the Baltic Sea coast. Hiking and cycling trails lead directly past the house, and there are several lakes nearby. The studio is pretty and conveniently decorated. ATTENTION! You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
