The house consists of 3 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds & a bunk bed. In the large bedroom upstairs there is a home theater system with Netflix connection. Furthermore, the house has 2 bathrooms with toilet & an additional toilet on the 1st floor. There is both a shower and 2 bathtubs. On the lower floor there is also a gym & a laundry room with washing machine incl. dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fully automatic coffee machine, etc.

Quiet furnished living in the basement

At the end of the cul-de-sac, very quiet location. Free parking right in front of the house. Table tennis and fitness equipment are included in the price. Washing machine can also be used. The area has a separate entrance. Ideal for 2 persons. All the rooms described are located in the basement. All rooms have large windows and daylight. The landlord has his washing machine in this area and sometimes has to wash his laundry after prior arrangement.
