Our lovingly renovated and very well-equipped 2-room flat on the 2nd floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers cosiness and comfort. It is about 55 square metres in size and very comfortable for two, but two more people can easily be accommodated. There is also a yoga and training room (approx. 30 m²) available for shared use, which is ideal for yoga, meditation, punching bag training and dancing with a mirror and ballet bar. Use at your own risk; parents are liable for their children.

My mobile home in the heart of the Upper Palatine Lake District is located directly on Lake Murner. The property is in a quiet location, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing stay. The spacious terrace, the bathtub (for an extra charge), as well as the cleverly designed outdoor area, guarantee relaxing evenings, as well as relaxing afternoons after a swimming excursion at the lake. The accommodation is therefore ideally suited for families, friends but also for business travelers.

Our attic studio on the Danube bike hiking trail with a view of Walhalla was built in 2023. It is located in one of the first sustainable buildings in Regensburg in the municipality of Tegernheim. Regensburg with its medieval center is 7 km away and can be reached by bus, car or bike. There you will find an abundance of art, culture and culinary delights. In the loft-style attic studio, you can relax in the cozy dining area, on the balcony in good weather and plan the next day.

Cosy holiday apartment by the river and in the countryside

Our cozy apartment is surrounded by nature, framed by fields on the beautiful river "Naab". It has its own entrance and a nice outdoor area for relaxing and dining with a view of the cliffs. Your own parking place is available. On hot days, you can swim wonderfully in the Naab. From here you can go on beautiful hikes, bike/boat tours and excursions in the area. The center of Regensburg is easily accessible by bike on bike paths (6 km) and in 15 minutes by car.
