Komplett neu renovierte & möblierte 22Qm/ 1 Zimmer Wohnung. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang, zur Souterrain-Wohnung. Die Deckenhöhe ist ca 195 cm. Dazu gibt es eine kleine Küche, mit Ceranfeld, ein Spülbecken und eine Kühl/Gefrierkombi. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Eine separate Toilette mit Waschbecken und Fön gehört auch zur Wohnung, sowie eine Dusche.Ein Fernseher, Kommoden, Esstisch mit 2 Stühlen dazu. Ein großes Boxspringbett gehört auch zur Ausstattung. Fantastic apartment by the lake

Enjoy unforgettable days with your family or friends in a special apartment in a fantastic, quiet location, right on Lake Taschensee with its own lake access and romantic sunsets on your own jetty. If you prefer to breathe in the Baltic Sea air, you can reach Scharbeutz or Haffkrug by car in just 5 minutes to Scharbeutz or Haffkrug. You can also reach the sandy beach in just 10 minutes by bike through the beautiful beech forest. The perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Historic waterworks on Hamburg's Elbe beach

Experience the charm of a listed building from 1859, which has been modernized with a lot of love for detail. The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Hayloft

The hayloft is our most recently completed apartment. Even in the photos you can see how bright and spacious the apartment is. It has an airy living and dining area that opens six meters high to the top of the roof. In addition, there is a media room where the TV is located and which offers sufficient space for the viewers. If you want to read in peace, you can do so on the gallery, which opens up a wonderful view of the Schleswig-Holstein landscape.

Our friendly and brightly furnished apartment is located in the middle of our agricultural farm in an outbuilding. It consists of a living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen and a counter for cooking together or an extensive breakfast. The couch in the living room is an extra sofa bed. A fireplace is available for cozy evenings together. There is a shower in the bathroom and a washing machine is available.
