Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Die Zwischenwände wurden als Fachwerkwände ausgestaltet. Das Wohnzimmer bildet mit der Küche einen Raum. Die Wohnung hat ca.60 m² und ist barrierefrei hergestellt.
