Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, just 200 m from the swimming area on the lake. With a beautiful view of the Schlosspark, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am to 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in Baden-Württemberg (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open all year round from 6 am to 10 pm.

Space for solo travelers in Allensbach!

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Schmieder clinics 5 min walk, Konstanz by train 15 min. 35 m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, capsule machine from DeLonghi, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. Also in autumn and winter! The lake is only a few minutes down the mountain. Here you can take the ferry to Meersburg - and the island of Mainau is not far away. A nice long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

The city center of Constance can be reached in a few minutes by bus, train, bicycle or car. Enjoy the special flair in our small apartment "Zum Mauerwerk." Vacation, living or working on beautiful Lake Constance in listed walls and that in the oldest district of Constance - the Niederburg. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Apartment with a double bedroom overlooking the beautiful undersea. The apartment has its own kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for two. The modern studio is rounded off by a large seating area facing south and a private balcony facing the lake. The apartment is quietly located and offers a lot of privacy.

Living cube for 1-2 people with small wooden terrace. Quiet location by the forest, near the university, 2.4 km to the center, bus stop 400 m away. The accommodation includes a large sofa bed (2.00 x 1.60), a kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating, parking space, TV, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board. The property is located in our garden.

The lake with various swimming opportunities is very close. Dingelsdorf is a good starting point for numerous excursions and activities in the area.
