It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Welcome to our central location in Rülzheim in the heart of the South Palatinate! Rülzheim is characterised above all by its central location in the middle of Karlsruhe, Landau and Speyer, as well as its proximity to Alsace, the Wine Route and the Palatinate Forest. Rülzheim itself has all the necessary shops, banks, doctors, cafes and restaurants. The local recreation area also has the Alla-Hopp facility and a beautiful swimming lake. An ideal starting point for many beautiful activities!

Bright and spacious apartment close to the train station in St. Ilgen. The apartment has a fold-out sofa bed as well as a double bed and can accommodate a maximum of four guests. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, as well as a private bathroom with shower and natural lighting. The apartment is located in the attic and is accessible via a separate staircase. The train station is a 4-minute walk away. The S3 takes you to Heidelberg main station in 7 minutes

Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.
