Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the full wood doors, were restored and reused. With lots of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created, reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair use and the disabled. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

Experience the traditional way of life up close in our cozy 2-room apartment, which combines the styles of the region. Relax in the cozy sitting area, which invites you to "fletzen." The large window front provides plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the plateau. The covered balcony invites you to indulge and linger. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a soothing break in the swimming pool or sauna.
