awesome kitchen, beautiful rooms. located central enough to walk and see all that neu ulm/ ulm has to offer, while quiet to escape the noise of tourist.

I actually never rate it, but this property was just great and quiet

I was allowed to enjoy a wonderful time with Angela and her lovely family. The apartment is super nice and modern. Everything you need,even if you are planning a longer stay. There is even a blender, toaster, coffee maker with coffee, washing machine with dryer.... Just everything you could need. Angela is always available and very quick to respond ( didn't have an umbrella with her and one was hanging on the door). The beautiful old town with many shops, restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes on foot. All in all a very successful stay and next time I will definitely "abuse" Angela's hospitality again!!!

This place was our favorite place we stayed during our trip. It was so conveniently close to everything and we enjoyed the space and the amazing breakfast in the morning. I wish we would have stayed there even longer, but we were just passing through. Absolutely no complaints and Jen went above and beyond and was very responsive. Barbara's apartment is by far the most cozy Airbnb apartment I have lived in so far - incredibly beautiful, furnished with a lot of love for detail, an old half-timbered house restored in a historical style with clay plaster, plus the view from the apartment to the field and the forest, you can go directly from the living room to the garden and sit there. Barbara and her husband are very helpful with every little thing and great conversation partners. You can only feel comfortable here. In short, it doesn't get any better than that - a big thank you to the hosts!

Anja and Mike were extremely friendly and even made the key handover possible earlier. The rooms were very lovingly decorated and decorated for Christmas. In addition, the apartment was very well equipped with tea kitchen and many bathroom items. It was quiet, clean and cozy. We will definitely remember the apartment for next time 😊

the house has lots of room and lots of things for the kids to play with. the kitchen is well equiped. whenever we asked a question we got a quick answer. its a pitty we didnt know from the begining that we can park at the awners parking and where is it. once we got permission it was easier. also you should know that the switch for the lights in the kitchen is behind the refrigratot. the house is warming and welcoming and the awners are nice.

Wonderful stay at Swantyee. We enjoyed the proximity to the forest and also the slight seclusion of Bad Urach in a slightly elevated location. The conservatory was a dream to be in. Also the spacious layout. We did not miss anything about the equipment. We felt completely comfortable. If we were to come back to the region, we would definitely choose this place again. Absolutely recommended.

The apartment is large, extremely well maintained and nicely furnished. Everything was clean and there was nothing missing. In addition, the apartment (the house) is in a quiet location and it was pleasantly quiet especially in the evening/night. In short, we felt very much!
