Apartment in the completely renovated old building from 1910, 3rd Upper floor, high ceilings, spacious bathroom, modern furnishings and parquet flooring. The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

Located between Düsseldorf (45 km) and Cologne (40 km), near Wuppertal and Solingen, ideal to be in many major cities quickly and yet to enjoy the advantages of the Bergisches Land and have a little more peace. There are countless bike paths and hiking trails along the Wupper (Müngsten Bridge).
