A 3 approx. 8 min., A 46 approx. 12 min. S 28 - > Düsseldorf 3 min. Footpath - During the fair times, the booking is desired for the entire duration of the fair time. You will stay in a 32 m² room with a private bathroom (shower & bathtub), a kitchenette and a private balcony in a great villa from the 1930s. Brand new is the sauna hut including a small pool & outdoor shower in the large garden. The house has direct access to the forest and a former pool house, which is used as a small workshop / creative space. The former pool will soon be awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber.
