In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Bus lines to the residential city of Ludwigsburg or the tram to Stuttgart are within a few minutes' walking distance. The apartment does not have a parking space.

You will find an annex flat of approximately 44 m² with a separate entrance. Our flat is right by meadows and fields, and the vineyards aren't far either – ideal for long walks. In the bedroom there is a TV, also a children's travel cot, or mattress would still find a place in the bedroom. You will be in Ludwigsburg in about 10 minutes. 2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
