A mixed house, wood and masonry, a natural water pool straight from the Serra... a gourmet area with a barbecue... a wood stove... with a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. A simple but cozy house, clean, with fans in all rooms, a very quiet place, easy access on the edge of the asphalt. Now we also have a cozy corner for the cold winter days to warm up a fire and eat a pine cone on the plate and roast corn on the grill. We also have a smart TV.
