I had a good stay, easy access to the accommodation, the accommodation is spotless, clean, the beach is clean, 5 minutes from the apartment and the pool is open until midnight. Enrique is very attentive, excellent communication on his part. I recommend it without so much as a second thought.

We had a great time at Rafael’s place, we would certainly come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The Host was so responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions. The apartment was incredibly clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. As a solo traveler, I felt safe. Just a 6 minute walk from the train station and only 15-25 minute walk into city center and historical sights. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by as well. Jaime and her associate responded quickly to my questions about early check-in and wifi.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and as described, ideally located next to the beach (3mn walk) - Inma was very welcoming and available - we will gladly return!

Location was really great. In a quiet part of Valencia. With a uber or taxi you will be in all the beautiful parts of Valencia in no time. The place is tidy as described and the air conditioning was a welcome amenity in the heat of the Spanish sun! Enjoyed immensely and the host is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend

If you want to go from cottage to a quiet area,which has a bit of everything,and above all cleanliness, something that at least I value a lot,this is your home!We spent a weekend with friends and children,and the truth is that there was everything so as not to be cold or warm,very well equipped, thank you Amparo for lending us your house♡

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Nice place, near the Marina, perfect for all 8 persons each pair in his room with private bathroom. Highly recommended.

Hola Sophie, thanks so much for this lovely stay. we had a great time. we enjoyed especially the view from the terrace. it was nice to see the wide land around and the beautiful sunsets. thanks also for organising drinking water right away. this was very friendly and of course helpful. We had a fantastic stay at the beautiful villa. Everything was wonderfully clean upon arrival and exactly as in the pictures. The children could play football and play next to the house without having to be mindful of neighbors. David responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This house seems too nice to be true, but nothing lied to the description. If you have any doubts, I say: absolutely book!

Carlos apartment is very cozy and we did really felt like home there. The area around Serra is very nature based, wild and beautiful. Carlos was always available and a kind host. We can only recommend visiting this place!!

Second year in Claudio's apartment and delighted!!! We found everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, beach nearby and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and charming, we'll keep seeing each other!!

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Everything was very clean. We were greeted by Roberto's father and he was very kind to help us turn things up.

We had a great time. Faithful to the listing. Excellent cleanliness and tastefully decorated that makes you feel at home. Quiet area to go with children. Very close to Valencia to visit.

Beautiful spacious apartment with massive tarace with view on the beach and the sea. We were very warmly welcomed and we even got oranges from Cristina's garden. We loved every minute of the stay at Cristina's beautiful apartment.

Host always very helpful and friendly! Cute apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The center of the village is easily accessible by car or walk. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We will return if we pass the area again! Recommended!
