The house has one bathroom, two bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. Built-in dining table. The living room has one four-seater sofa and one sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The house also has a (private) swimming pool with a table, chairs, barbecue and wood-burning brazier, and an outdoor shower. And to top it all off, the property offers a breathtaking view of the Índia Mountains and the trees.

Refúgio das Juçaras is a typical forest house, rustic, clean, cozy and surrounded by giant stones that make the land enchanted. The house is within an Environmental Protection Area, embedded in nature, including juçara palm trees, ferns and other beauties of the Atlantic Forest. At the bottom of the land passes the crystalline Alambari River, which separates our land from the Itatiaia National Park. The house is in a region close to the emerald wells of Serrinha. It's an enchanted place!

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
