The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Ein Spielplatz für kleinere Gäste ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. sind mit dem Auto innerhalb 10-20 Minuten in Daun, Gerolstein, Hillesheim oder Kelberg zu erreichen. Der Nürburgring liegt in ca. 17 km Entfernung. Der Vulkaneifel bietet viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten die Gegend zu entdecken.

Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and fireplace, a bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner sofa.

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.
