In the middle of the cozy village of Oetz is my parents' house. I rent out nice, friendly and lovingly furnished apartments there. Many of my guests come back again and again and have already become friends. My house has a top location and you can leave your car relaxed. The Ötztal stands for mountains and skiing, hiking and outdoor, wellness and sport, in summer and winter. The apartment Enzian is suitable for 1-2 adults + 1-2 children or 3 adults. Tyrolean mountain nest - dream view near the forest

The Tiroler Bergnestl is a holiday apartment on the lower floor of our single-family home. It can only be reached via an outdoor staircase. You can expect about 48m2 with a Scandinavian feel. Enjoy the view of the mountains. The house was not completed until November 2018. About 100 m above the house you can reach the most popular hiking trails.
