Our beautiful home is located in an old grown neighborhood of Reykjavik, right next to the city center. Walk downtown along the magnificent Reykjavik coast line and enjoy the view of the ocean and mountains. The house, designed by one of Reykjavik's top architects has a Finnish sauna in the basement and a a rose pavilion in the garden. Very private and cozy dome in a rare location. If you truly want to meet the Icelandic nature and weather then this is the place for you. It has a fireplace, panorama sauna and not a person in sight. A superb place to see the northern lights or enjoy the midnight sun. You have to work for your reward by walking for about 10 minutes to the dome from the parking at the farm. Its a good base if you want to go visit the golden circle but want to ditch the traditional hotels and the crowds.
