Very cozy small apartment but not cluttered, fully equipped kitchen and everything was very clean. Location was more than perfect for us, easy to go everywhere. Getting up so many stairs to the 5th floor was definitely a work-out so be mindful of that. On the good side, the view is AMAZING! It was perfect for our small week stay and LaMott was very friendly and responsive. Wish we had the time to do some yoga classes, maybe next time! I can recommend it :)

Very nice experience, the rooms were comfortable, the courtyard was beautiful, and the cats and dogs were lovely (the dogs had protection for us hhhhhh). The landlord also kindly provided wine and food, thank you very much!

Nathalie's place is stylish, airy, comfortable and with relaxing outside space. The location is around 30 mins from the centre of Koln both by taxi and tram, with the stop a short walk away. Great host communication from booking to departure and prompt response when we needed something extrea. Would recommend.

We spent two lovely weeks at Radek's apartment. In the beginning, Radek showed us around and explained everything in person. There is a lot to see in the neighboring towns, and then you can rest well in the apartment. Very good value for money, gladly recommend.

I'm usually travelling for FIBO exhibition in Cologne each year and always book with Air BNB. I would say Christian house is the most cozy and comfortable house I ever stay. I was actually surprise when I get in, the place even more specious than the picture. Very Big hall way , kitchen is fully equipped even with watching machine if you want to travel lite. The living room with with large TV, comfortable sofa, Moreover, he is very caring with small little thing like, make sure that we always have coffee during our stay. and suggesting with trip in cologne with full details. and if you need any assistance he always very responsive. If I would have a chance to go back again to Cologne I will definitely love to stay their again. Thank you to Christian for providing wonderful to our stay .

In summary: This is a really nice house...if you're looking for spacious accommodation near the Messe or DUS airport but with easy access into the city then this is the place. Even better if you happen to drive an EV as there's a charge point at the property. The house has a small garden and you've lovely nature walks within 5 minutes from the property. In detail: The accommodation is split over several floors immaculately clean & tastefully decorated, with a small garden. There's ample space & a well appointed kitchen. Marcelo went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, & his prompt communication took away much of the stress in planning our trip. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to the Messe and DUS airport. Not many other properties offer such flexible accommodation with EV charging on site (& a gym!)..as you can tell, I was very impressed. Overall, we had a wonderful time & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable trip to DUS

We had an extended weekend of November in Bart's very nice and quiet house. The house is very quiet at the end of a traffic-calmed street and on Maasdeich. The view from the light-flooded kitchen and dining room to the footpath and the Meuse are fantastic. From the living and dining room you can watch the garden and is very private in this area. Also suitable for a hammock. We enjoyed the time, the very personal and cozy spaces and took many walks along the Meuse to the Saturday market, the great baker of Ewals and the monastery village of Steyl. In particular, the Botanical Garden is beautiful and has a great cafe with Maas views. Thanks for the great tips to Bart. We felt super cool. The house is super cozy.

A super lovingly designed place with warm hosts. There was nothing missing and I felt right at home. Michaela and her husband were very friendly, accommodating and always helpful. I am very grateful that I found this beautiful place and look forward to being able to use the great roof terrace when I hopefully come back in the summer. Only the nearby train line took a little getting used to for me.

We spent almost a week with four adults and three toddlers in the beautiful dream house of Tim and his family. The house is definitely something special. For children, the amenities are great, in the house itself it is very quiet, the best cafes and activities are very accessible by bike - have nothing to complain about! Because the house is private, we immediately felt at home. Due to Tim's courteous nature, we felt welcome. We would book again immediately. 😊

This is one of the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house, very spacious, bright and airy. We were very comfortable, almost like being at home. The stay was with our team members and they loved it as well. Loved the fact that there were exercise equipment indoors as well as the swings in the garden allowed me to do my daily exercises. The office and work spaces meant members could do their work in their rooms with privacy if wished. The open plan layout suited us too as we could gather for meals, chats and discussions.

The instructions to get into the house were clear and the self check-in means you're flexible on the arrival time. The house is in a nice neighbourhood and the room even has a balcony overlooking the garden which is lovely when the weather is nice. While the neighbourhood itself is quiet, it's right next to several large streets, train tracks and the airport so there's always some background noise but inside the house you can barely hear it. The bathroom wasn't entirely clean but since it's shared it might have been used since it was cleaned and overall the cleanliness in the house was great. I stayed here because I had an early flight the next morning and it's about a 30 minute walk to the airport or you can even get the shuttle bus after a 10 minute walk so in regards to that the location is great.

The house is very clean and tidy, the landlord is very friendly, and there is plenty of parking.
