Als Interior Designerin habe ich diese 96 qm große Ferienwohnung als einen Ort voller Charakter und Persönlichkeit gestaltet. Abseits von kurzlebigen Trends und Massenware steht unsere Unterkunft für Langlebigkeit, Individualität und bedachtes Upcycling. Um zu zeigen, dass eine neue Gestaltung nicht unbedingt teuer sein muss. The small kitchenette is located in the living room and is available for your exclusive use.

Welcome to our stylishly renovated house in a quiet district of Koblenz. Neuendorf was long an independent place where fishermen and rafters lived. You will feel comfortable in the apartment because everything is available and geared towards a pleasant stay. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes from the nearby bus stop. From there, walk to the Deutsches Eck, cable car and fortress. The fortress offers a lot - like a breathtaking view of Koblenz and more.

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our approx. 50 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with pull-out day bed (80 cm or 160 cm x 200 cm) of couch and satelite watching. A kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, freezer, convection stove and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Distance to Koblenz 30km, Wiesbaden 40km, Middle Rhine/Loreley 16km.
