The 'Remise' holiday apartment, measuring approximately 21 m², is situated in a quiet location and offers a blend of modernity and romance. It is fully equipped and provides everything you need for self-catering. The flat is on the first floor and has a private entrance, the 'barn door', which leads up to the private terrace and the flat. From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the castle grounds and the beautiful town of Saffig, even while enjoying a private sunset. A public car parking space is available to you free of charge approximately 20 metres away. No Wi-Fi!

Tradition meets modernity The Kutscherhaus, part of a historic farmstead, located in the charming wine village of Hattenheim am Rhein. The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

Our "cottage" is located directly on the edge of the forest behind our house, as part of an old mill yard! We are 1 kilometre away from the neighbours and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometres away. It is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.

The holidayflat is 30 squaremeters in size, which include a seperate bathroom with shower and toilet. It is a singleroom appartment with a kitchen (cookingfields, oven, refrigerator and microwave), two armchairs and a single/double bed. Koblenz is one of Germanys oldest cities and has a lot of places of interest to show.
