In our quiet and family-friendly holiday apartment "Am Tälchen", you can stay with a maximum of 4 people can enjoy a relaxing holiday. It is close to the edge of the forest and is the ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the "Kroppacher Schweiz". There are three playgrounds nearby and plenty to discover, such as Hachenburg with its historic old town (4 km), Marienstatt Abbey with its monastery garden and brewery, the Westerwald Lake District, and Bad Marienberg with its climbing park and zoo.

It has its own entrance with terrace and is located on the 1st upper floor of the central building of the courtyard. The bright kitchen with antique furniture and practical kitchenette invites you to cook, eat and get together.

Beautiful basement apartment in a detached house directly on the Rhine (3-minute walk), ferry to Rheingau. Free parking. 26 sqm, double bed (1.8 x 2 m), sofa bed, wardrobe, shower/toilet. Towels, bed linen. Small kitchenette with sink, induction stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes. Coffee and tea are available. Wi-Fi and TV; cell phone reception is limited. Quiet location, no through traffic, at the nature reserve "Jungaue."

Vacation room "Bat Cave" in the beautiful Gelbachtal

Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. In the middle of the beautiful city of Boppard, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city before exploring one of the numerous hiking and cycling tours. The apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished. A sofa bed offers additional sleeping options. Day ticket parking in the immediate vicinity of the apartment: 6 euros

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Arrival by bus and train is possible.
