Cozy home surrounded by nature, near SAP

My house was built in the southern French style in 2007 and exudes vacation flair. The apartment is located in the basement, has its own entrance and small terrace area facing east. In the large room there is a kitchen, dining area and bedroom in one, but pleasantly divided. Reading material and a backgammon game for entertainment are available here as well as Netflix. A small hallway with closet and desk leads to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. Here you will also find a bathrobe, yoga mat and utensils that you just need :-) (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, sewing kit, tampons, disposable razors, tissues, hand mirror, hair dryer). The house is surrounded by a cozy garden with plenty of seating. The large courtyard in the south is also available to my guests with a lounge group, a grill and hammock. Here you can switch off and relax in peace. I am very happy to provide information, answer questions, fetch rolls and fulfill small wishes. Rettigheim is surrounded by forest, meadows and beautiful vineyards. A baker, hairdresser, grocery store and inns can be found right in the village. You can hike to Malsch and the pilgrimage chapel on the Letzenberg, or spend the day at the gliding field, the golf course or the zoo. The beautiful Odenwald is also just a stone's throw away, or how about a romantic trip to Speyer? If you want to shop, you should definitely go to Mannheim. Rettigheim is a small village with ideal highway connections to the A5 and A6. Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Karlsruhe can be reached in 30 minutes by car. This also works well by S-Bahn every half hour from Rot/Malsch train station. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk from us around the corner. You can also ride a bike to SAP St.Leon-Rot via a direct, paved road through meadows and fields in 10-15 minutes. The surroundings are very quiet, close to nature and yet well connected to cities such as Heidelberg, Speyer, Mannheim, Sinsheim and Karlsruhe.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Studio-garden apartment

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood. It’s an ideal spot for hikers, mountain bikers, and road cyclists, with excellent trails leading up to Königstuhl and fantastic road cycling routes in the surrounding area.

Suitable for 6 guests but 8 to 9 are possible. 5 mins walk to train station to Heidelberg Altstadt (20 mins). Two Technik museums (30 mins), Heidelberg Clinics (25mins), Hockenheim Ring (30 mins), TSG Hoffenheim (15 mins). Close to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, toy shop, cycle paths and woods. Secure bike storage. We follow the cleaning guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). You may use the keybox or I can greet you personally with a mask and distance.

Welcome to the heart of Heidelberg's old town. The 30 sqm apartment was lovingly renovated in 2019. It is located in the rear courtyard with a separate entrance. The apartment has a small terrace. Features: New kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, soda streamer. Washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Sofa bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m. 2 x bed linen. Smoking in the apartment and in the courtyard is unfortunately not allowed. Check-in time: from 2:00 pm Check-out time: by 12:00 pm

Barrier-free apartment on the first floor of a two-family house. South-facing terrace with dining table and 4 chairs. Three minutes to Rewe, Aldi shopping center (open from 7:00 am to midnight). Alternative to the hotel (SAP, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, MLP). The apartment is furnished, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishes, pots... if anything is missing, just let us know. We'll get almost anything. We want you to feel comfortable.

The lovingly furnished apartment is located in Sandhausen. It is located on the 3rd floor with a separate entrance and has 2 rooms with about 40 square meters, a well-equipped pantry kitchen, dining area, daylight bathroom with shower/toilet. The living room is air-conditioned. Cozy king size bed 160 x 200 m, wardrobe, TV (Telekom Magenta, prime video, Netflix), coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, toiletries, Wi-Fi, use of carport. No pets. Non-smoking.

Beautiful, bright, central apartment near Heidelberg

It doesn't get more central than that! Located next to Sinsheim station, this large, newly renovated apartment with a living area of 75 sqm is located in the district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgau. Ideal for commuters/train travelers, but also for drivers, as the apartment has its own parking space. Through the large windows, daylight is always available and sunsets can be enjoyed comfortably from the couch.
