Vacation home on the edge of the forest near Heidelberg

Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Welcome to the heart of Heidelberg's old town. The 30 sqm apartment was lovingly renovated in 2019. It is located in the rear courtyard with a separate entrance. The apartment has a small terrace. Features: New kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, soda streamer. Washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Sofa bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m. 2 x bed linen. Smoking in the apartment and in the courtyard is unfortunately not allowed. Check-in time: from 2:00 pm Check-out time: by 12:00 pm

This stylishly renovated house offers a large living area and a garden with a private barrel sauna and barbecue. The perfect getaway for families and friends, surrounded by woodland and meadows. Relax by the fireplace, and on the sun loungers in summer. A place to unwind, switch off and simply enjoy time together.

Beautiful apartment in Mauer near Heidelberg

Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

Studio-garden apartment

The studio apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance with a parking bay and patio. It’s located on the ground floor, with direct access to a small garden. Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Farm: House with special charm and sauna

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

Old Town: Small but very central apartment

One-bedroom studio, queen size bed (160cm), small kitchen, flatscreen tv (no cable), dvd player. Neckar-view, main sights of Heidelberg in walking distance. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are close by. Check-in after 3 pm. Exceptions possible but please contact me beforehand. Key-Safe for Check-in (after 3 p.m.) Not suitable for kids. City Tax included in price (Heidelberg takes 3,50 Euro per person per night)

Mediterranean feeling in the city

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a family, a couple or three to six friends. The tastefully furnished house is located in the Gartenstadt district. Bus stop, supermarket, pharmacy and post office on site. Close to the city center of Ludwigshafen - yet very quiet. Good starting point for Palatinate Forest tours. Peaceful oasis with Mediterranean charm.

You can reach the apartment itself via about 70 stairs (so it is not barrier-free), south-west hillside location with separate entrance. Welcome!
