Passage kitchen only 1.83 Approximately 1300 meters to the Technik Museum/swimming pool, 1600 meters to the cathedral/city center, lots of greenery, the Rhine and Alter Rhein are close by. A guest said I should mention the Rhine bike path, which is also very nice. I have a lockable garage with electricity for bicycles and motorcycles. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. Only suitable for allergy sufferers to a limited extent.

The 2-room apartment is equipped with everything (washing machine, Wi-Fi...) needed for a cozy stay. It is located on a quiet side street in Alt-Neckarau. From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. The former Landgrave's hunting lodge served as a retreat amidst the courtly hunt. The beautiful half-timbered building from 1742 is situated in a 4,400 m² park with a wooded area, barbecue facilities, and a terrace. Today, the villa offers a luxurious kitchen, spacious, light-filled living, dining, and sleeping areas, comfortable bathrooms, a playroom with a library, and a billiard room. Bicycles, for example, can be stored in the outbuilding. The property is at your exclusive disposal.

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley.
