From the health food store, supermarket, bistros, restaurants, bank and post office... everything is within walking distance and with a bike (can be rented) you can reach the Rhine or lake in 10 minutes. The city or the train station can be reached by line 1 (2 min.) or line 7 (15 min.) travel time 14 minutes. Bus line/Neckarau train station (7-minute walk).

Our nice little apartment is located in a beautiful green part of Mannheim in Niederfeld. You have the opportunity to take a walk in the forest, by the lake (Stollenwörthweiher) or along the Rhine. The shops for everyday needs as well as the stops are about 500 m from the front door. There are a couple of restaurants and bakeries nearby. The city center of MA and the main train station can be reached in 10 minutes by tram line 3. Heidelberg can be reached in 30 minutes.

Small cozy bright attic apartment in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the flat for a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor, which means there are 5 steps once and 15 steps three times to negotiate. We have installed 3 ceiling fans at the moment the one in the living room is broken, Non-smoking apartment!!! There is a covered smoking area behind the house (garage number 3 on the right side of the courtyard) where you can also sit comfortably.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. This tiny house is surrounded by several lakes in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants are also a few minutes' walk away. Heidelberg, Mannheim or Speyer can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Hiking and cycling trails invite you to excursions.
