I'll provide you with my lovely refurbished studio. Consisting of a bathroom with a bathtub, an equipped kitchen as well as a living room with a sofa bed. It is located on the second floor without an elevator in a typical Alsatian building with its attic and exposed beams. This accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from the city centre of Strasbourg, 20 minutes by bike/bus, 5 minutes from a motorway link (exit 50), 5 minutes from the European Parliament, bus line C3 stop CHEVAL BLANC.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

In the nice neighborhood of old Cronenbourg, 2 minutes from the Saint Florent tram, brand new studio with real sleeping area. Please note, the studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as you have to climb a staircase to access it, you have to duck down at the top of the stairs (beam) and the sleeping area is only accessible by a small ladder (photo). Accommodation located 10 minutes from the historic center by tram!
