Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Cosy accommodation in the basement

🏡 The accommodation is located in a quiet village and is on the lower floor (basement) of a two-family house. The entrance is via stairs. P️ Free parking is available in the designated spaces on the street. Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors, the post office and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The bus stop is 850 m away, and Rastatt train station is 6.6 km away. Bus line 222 runs from the centre to the house from Monday to Friday, but only until 8:20 pm.
