Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Haseltal cycle path leads directly past the property. The outdoor pool is about 300 meters away. The skiing and hiking areas in the Thuringian Forest (Oberhof with international competition venues and Schmiedefeld) are easily accessible by car in 20-30 minutes as well as by public transport.

Heustreu is located at the foot of the Rhön, ideal for beautiful hiking and cycling tours. In winter, there are also opportunities for skiing/sledding and cross-country skiing. Our house is located in Rüdenschwinden in one of the most beautiful low mountain ranges in Germany. Rüdenschwinden is a small, charming village not far from the Schwarzes Moor and Fladungen. The vacation home is detached and surrounded by a 600 square meter, fully fenced garden. Here everyone will find a place to relax, play or linger. Dogs are also welcome. The property has a car parking space. From the two balconies you can enjoy a scenic view.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.
