Eiffel is spacious and light with high ceilings and large windows offering views of the surrounding countryside. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday including a utility room with washer and dryer. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wooden beams and looks out onto a green valley. The large living room has a corner sofa, smart TV and superfast broadband. There's a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and reversible air-conditioning. The perfect home from home!

Lovely home on the border of the Charente and Dordogne. Nestled in a peaceful small village, ideal for rest and relaxation, but close to nearby market town with all amenities. Beautiful surroundings and great views over the valley. Recently refurbished character property - including new bathroom with heated mirror and well equipped kitchen. Spacious garden, pool (summer only) and outdoor dining areas, with traditional stone barbecue. Gated access to private parking at rear of property.

Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. We created this place to recharge, work remotely, and spend time with family and friends. The house overlooks a plot of land partially planted with young oak trees and a large 1-hectare meadow.
