Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Rideau River

Jessica and Michael were wonderful hosts! Their property was quiet, extremely spacious, beautiful kitchen (but the restaurants around are so good we didn't cook). We would definitely stay with them again!.

Sacha's property is modern, well furnished and equipped. You are surrounded by windows on the ground floor that place you comfortably in a woods setting. The rooftop terrace offers an excellent view over the Gatineau River. Sauna was a bonus and it functioned perfectly. The propane fuelled fireplace was as realistic as any we have seen. We will consider a return visit later in the year. Sacha's place afforded a peaceful, quiet escape from city living.

The stay was great! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with everything you need nearby. The host was responsive and always available. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Very friendly cottage for a small family with a large well-lit living room. Well oriented so you can feel the presence of other neighbors and enjoy nature. Access to the Gatineau River is a major asset.

The home looked exactly like the pictures and was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet yet was a 2mins drive to restaurants and the shopping plaza..I do an annual trip to Ottawa and for sure will book this place..Highly Recommended for anyone traveling with a family or group.

Erin & Sadiq’s place was perfect for our family stay. They anticipated all our needs, especially with a baby and even provided a crib, high chair, kid dishes and utensils and all kinds of games and toys. We had a lovely three night stay at this adorable apartment. Perfect spot to walk around, things to do, great parking situation. The interior was just as lovely with a big bed. Will absolutely be returning!

We had a great time at Maya's place. She had really thought of everything for the comfort of guests, whether it's bathroom or kitchen products. We enjoyed the gas fire that makes it quick to get heat when it's colder or wet outside. Maya is also very responsive to messages before and during the stay. The direct environment is quiet, although the more lively city center is very close. Only downside: we were staying on the ground floor of a house whose floor is also rented and we could hear all the movements of the tenants above (and their dog) and the noises of shower water and the toilet. We are delighted with our stay, the city is really very interesting, there is plenty to discover. The accommodation is particularly well located, there are restaurants everywhere and everything is within easy walking distance!

This is our favourite place to stay. It makes a long week of hard work a lot easier. It feels like home.

The place was as described with tons of space indoors and outside. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. It was a relaxing night with no interruptions. Beautiful house, Arian is so welcoming that it makes you want to come back to his home Everything was perfect. The house is too big and very well equipped. I highly recommend it and also very close to the city center unlike other listings on Airbnb. I was surprised. In short it is a very nice luxurious house.

We were so grateful to have an affordable place for our large family to gather comfortably in the winter. The large private property was a real asset as we had lots of kids in our group who like to play outside and this let the adults have some peaceful moments together. The kitchen’s had everything we needed. The houses were clean and uncluttered, yet cozy. All the furniture was useful and practical. Robin was responsive and helpful. We will definitely be returning one day.
