In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Located in the countryside, in a wooded area, the cabin is 3 minutes from all amenities (bakery, organic grocery store, supermarkets, frozen food store...) and 3 minutes from the heart of Saint-Junien, (weekly market on Saturday morning, covered halls, bars, restaurants, doctors, hospital...). It is also 10 minutes from the Oradour-sur-Glane Memorial Centre and 20 minutes from Limoges, City of Arts and Fire, famous for its porcelain.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.
