The house is just as seen in the photos. The location is a bit lonesome if you trust google maps. Although it is number 80, in Google maps you must put the 74. Everything was spotlessly clean. True, the cleaning rate is very high but the result is outstanding. The kitchen has EVERYTHING. Infinity of utensils for whatever you may need. The house in general is very well equipped with all kinds of amenities. We have undoubtedly enjoyed the house a lot, the tranquility of the area and how beautiful Spain is.

A lovely place to relax and to unwind. A place to remember and we love to visit again! Victoria is a lovely host and is there when you need her.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Esther was really friendly and helpful. The house is in a quiet village, supermarket a 5-minute walk away. By car 20 minutes from the beach. It is a wonderful house to stay, everything was neat and super clean, fully furnished. Good pressure in the shower. As a welcome, there are also some coffee cups and tea. We were there for 4 days. Definitely recommended, also for long stays! 😊

We stayed 4 nights in the smallest of the 2 rental Fincas and had an amazing time. We needed the Murcia sun and the tranquility of the hilly national park. It was pure magic for us. We had the best holiday ever. This place is for nature lovers. The property is really beautifully renovated with a shared pool next to the host’s Finca - and the smallest Finca is gorgeous, clean and basic (2 rooms with bed and kitchen in the same big room - and a separate bathroom). The beaches at the national park are exquisite ! The drive to the beach parking is 2-3 minutes - and then a 5-10min walk. There is a 2,5 hours circular hike in the national park passing right by the Finca - it is a must ! Beautiful scenery ! (You will find a medium ascend at a point which most medium fit people can do) We give thanks for this experience !

Perfect family home for our stay. Had everything we needed for us both and our 2 children. Travel cot, bed guard, clean towels, spotlessly clean place. Will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Our little family enjoyed a lovely few days at Sam’s place over Christmas . Sam is very nice, the apartment was very clean and decorated nicely, Sam went above and beyond to make our stay easy with our little boy and also left a wonderful welcome pack for us and a Christmas present for our little boy. Location also great, close to town centre but quiet and parking outside wasn’t an issue. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great accommodation, close to beach, easy to walk to bar/restaurant. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. Peters place was exactly as described. My mother is in a nursing home in the next street so was a fantastic location for us. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to make use of the large balcony too

This apartment stands out from the others due to the large terrace above the apartment. It offers a great area for sunbathing and socialising outside. The car parking space is near the lift which is next to the apartment, but you don’t hear it, which is a bonus. The apartment itself as a slightly larger bathroom than others which is benefits from a bigger worktop and sink area. Sofa is lush and very comfortable, doubling up as a bed. And dining area is perfect.

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

We have stayed in the Roda resort many times, but I have to say this is by far the nicest property. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of TV channels to watch in the evening as it was January and a little too cold to stay out and about too late. The bed was the comfiest bed I think I've ever slept in. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. Michael and Sue were very prompt at replying to any questions and very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely, peaceful, relaxing holiday, would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Had a great stay! The hosts were friendly, and the place has everything you need. Quiet area but close to restaurants and fun activities. I traveled with my dog, and she had a wonderful time—everything worked out perfectly for us. Would definitely recommend!
