Features a living room, porch, kitchen, and bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom and a room with two beds, both with built-in closets and the master bathroom. On the third floor there is a terrace where you can enjoy fantastic views. Less than 2 km from Playazo, a great beach. Near Las Negras, Isleta del Moro

Charming and original house, restored as new, well lit, in a quiet area just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the amenities of downtown Las Negras, terrace with ocean views, cozy garden protected from the wind, spacious living room, outdoor washing machine, convenient parking. Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.
