The house consists of two floors, but there is currently only the 1st floor of approx. 90 sqm that is prepared for rent.

Gården ligger ca 2,5 km fra sjø med badestrand og fiskemuligheter, og ca 2,5 km fra butikk og bensinstasjon. Det er eget fiskevann på eiendommen og gammel jegerhytte, 2,5 km fra huset. Huset består av boenhet med 5/6 senger(3 rom). I tillegg er det en egen liten ettromsleilighet som også er utleid på AirBnB (for 2 personer)

Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

The cabin sleeps 6-7 people, and is located alone in the woods, down to Kallandsvannet. You, your family and your friends can park right next to the cabin and enjoy the silence. From Mølstrevåg (2.5 km) the hiking trail to Ryvarden Kulturfyr starts. If you cycle the North Sea Road between Stavanger and Bergen, you will pass our house.
