Right below there is a large plot all the way down to the sea that the landlord owns. The plot can therefore be used by guests. There is a restaurant in the same building, in nice weather you can sit outside and enjoy a good dinner and something good in the glass. Possible to expand the rent (by unlocking an intermediate door) to an apartment consisting of a suite/hotel room. Possibility of breakfast.
