Welcome to our modern 4-story villa located in 15-20 min walking distance to Stavanger city centre. The villa, which is 250 sqm, is originally built in 1935 and is part of the historic wooden house development in Stavanger. Our villa is fully renovated in 2021, so it has all modern amenities. In our villa you stay close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. We have a six year old daughther, and a three -year old boy, so there is child-equipment and toys available.

Om du ønsker en rolig helg i boblebadet, en aktiv ferie med turer og fisking, eller et besøk til den verdensberømte undervannsrestauranten Under, så har du alt innen rekkevidde. Holiday home with heated pool!

The holiday home was newly refurbished in April 2026. Well-equipped kitchen with most of the things you might need for cooking. You will have access to your own equipment for use in the games rooms (billiards, darts, table tennis and mini golf). Upon request, we have ball for sand volleyball and football. Everything is in place for you to thrive! Please note: The pool is only open and heated between 15 May and 15 September.
