It is a chic 3-room apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen is fully equipped. The two beds in the bedroom are each 90 cm wide. There is a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. No rentals for individual nights. Cot and high chair each cost €3 extra. Arrival until 10 pm, because at night the courtyard gate will be closed. No roller shutters/blinds. Non-smoking apartment!

Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .
