absolute gem in Aguadulce. the house was clean and comfortable, felt like home straight away. it had all of the nescessary equipment for the rooms and kitchen included. we didn't have a car but the hill is manageable- takes about 20mins to climb up from cottage centre. the views from the apartment were fabulous and the neighborhood is peaceful. the only downside was that the upstairs room didn't have WiFi working, other than that - everything was great and it's totally worth the money we paid! thabk you Antonio for being so good at communication!

Excepcional alojamiento para ir con amigos y niños. Dispone de todo para cocinar (plancha, barbacoa, rosco, tiradores de cerveza, amplia cocina…) y además si te gusta el pádel o vas con niños dispones de una pista de pádel y tenis en un estado aceptable para pasar el rato. La piscina se encuentra rodeada de césped con sombrillas y zona para comer. Repetiría sin duda.

Sehr lieber und freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Er war auch immer erreichbar. Playa Serena ist ca. in 25 min mit Auto zu erreichen und ein sehr toller Strand. Was man zu Unterkunft noch wissen sollte ist, dass wenn man für zwei Personen bucht, man nicht das ganze Haus bekommt. 2 Schlafzimmer sind dann abgeschlossen und stehen nicht zur Verfügung. Hier wäre vielleicht zukünftig ein Hinweis im Inserat gut. Das WiFi war nicht sehr stabil. Raul will sich darum kümmern.

Maybe my best Airbnb experience ever. The place is beautiful, and you get views of the Alcazaba as a bonus; two balconies and a sunroof. Easy to walk everywhere, or to catch the Casco Viejo L1 local bus just outside the Alcazaba entrance. If you have a car, rent Carmens parking spot, parking hard to find! The house is clean, well equipped and even has thoughtful design details. The best part is Carmen herself, a highly involved host who clearly cared about me and what I wanted to find out; I was high maintenance because I might want to move to Almeria. Carmen was just wonderful. Before the trip I sent a ton of questions, and she sent me detailed answers to each one. I stayed an extra week, and during that 2nd week Carmen spent serious time to give me detailed information about each neighborhood. I got to experience the major power outage, and Carmen stopped by and gave me a light, and offered me food; restaurants and stores were closed. Airbnb should be honored to have her as a host!

El dueño muy amable siempre pendiente de todo. La casa igual que en las fotos espacioso cómodo y bonito no tengo ninguna queja nos encantó. También está muy cerca de la playa, la playa está detrás de la urbanización literal. También puedes salir andando para un boulevard donde hay varios restaurantes, muy cómodo, también está a uno 2in de Almería y cerca de cabo de gata y sus pueblos a unos 30-40min nos pareció genial la ubicación recomendada. Mae es muy amable y nos dejó ingresar antes de lo acordado. Las instalaciones están muy bien y está muy limpio. El único problema es que no pudimos ingresar a la piscina el lunes ni el día que ingresamos, de resto está todo muy bien!

Hôte très réactif, compréhensif et sympathique. Il fera tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien dans son logement. Le logement était impeccable et propre, même la vaisselle dans les armoires de cuisine (ce qui est parfois rare dans les Airbnb) Il était fonctionnel et accueillant. La terrasse a une magnifique vue. La rue est très calme et le logement est très bien placé (proche du centre) Un village où il fait bon vivre. Merci encore pour tout 😊🙏

Logement magnifique au cœur du centre historique d'Alméria. Tout se fait à pieds et en bus ! Le logement est bien organisé, literie confortable.

The apartment is on the top (third) floor. There is everything you need. It has a nice terrace with a awning, very useful for the afternoon sun. And it's equipped with three air conditioners! The washing machine and the stove are easy to use. The bathroom is also equipped with a bidet. The beds are comfortable. There is a very clean community pool, supervised by a lifeguard (sunday excluded). It is not allowed to make loud noise between 15:00 and 17:00. Important: there is an electricity meter: even paying attention to the comsumption, you may need to add extra money (in 1 or 2 euro coins).

La estancia ha sido excelente, la casa es espaciosa y muy bonita, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y todo estaba limpio. Además cuenta con calefacción ideal para épocas de más frío y aparcamiento en el interior del residencial. Francisco fue muy atento en todo momento y una persona muy agradable.

Carmen y Jofre son dos personas espectaculares, tenían el alojamiento impecable, está situado en una zona genial y la verdad que siempre estaban atentos y respondían rápido a todos! Seguramente repitamos ya que nos ha encantado la zona.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem 2 jährigen Kind. Wohnung ist größer als sie auf den Bildern wirkt. Tolle Terrasse auf der man meist windgeschützt den Meerblick genießen konnte. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Apartamento limpio y ordenado, urbanización muy tranquila.

Een hele mooie rustige locatie met veel groen. De woning is relatief nieuw, superschoon en met alle gemakken voorzien. Zelfs een zwembad binnen het complex. De communicatie met Maria verliep heel soepel en snel. Een zeer positieve ervaring en zeker een aanrader.
