Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

The spacious 80 m² apartment with 2 to 7 beds in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house above the rooftops of Ziegenhagen invites you to linger and relax. On the balcony, you can enjoy wonderful views over the forests. The imposing half-timbered house accommodates 12 nice people in 3 generations for many good conversations. Likewise, my catering, from which you can also have a delicious meal from time to time. In our foyer there is a library for lounging on cozy sofas.

Lovingly & comfortably furnished apartment in a rural location with great transport links to Kassel, Göttingen & Hanover. The A7, A38 and B27 are each only 5 minutes away. Göttingen city center & the train station can be reached in a quarter of an hour. Cyclists get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it leads right past our front door. We are a seven-member patchwork family with some cattle, live & work on our farm & look forward to seeing you soon!

The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The southernmost town of the municipality of Rosdorf is conveniently located between two connections of the A7 and the A38. (Dreieck Drammetal 4 km / Hedemünden 6 km). Hello, in our guest house there is a ground-level apartment with: wide doors, double bed (accessible from each side), walk-in shower, raised toilet, handles, sitting area and a pantry kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, etc. are available). If necessary, we will gladly provide 1 crib and 1 high chair. The whole area is approx. 30 square meters. Parking is possible right outside the front door.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
