Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rosengarten

The apartment is well furnished and offers good and enough space for two parties. Communication is very good and fast. We will be happy to come back for our short trips🙂.

Good place. Responsive hosts. The apartment was fully equipped. I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of food. Very convenient when you arrive in the evening. The only thing missing was floor cleaning supplies. Overall, I recommend. Next time staying in this area, I will definitely choose this place.

Cozy stay with a special Mexican touch. Makes it different! Kind of mancave feeling including pool table and large TV screen. Quietly located in a beautiful area. Hamburg is easily accessible by public transport.

Wonderful place for our family with two small kids. Easy to toddler proof and lots of small businesses/grocery stores/laundromats to walk to. Clean and very comfortable. Quiet, too!

We were traveling with 7 people and it went great! We arrived earlier and were able to get to the AirBnb several hours before check-in! The two were very, very friendly and helpful, gave us roses for women's day and were probably the favorite hosts I've met so far. Highly recommended. In addition, the apartment is super nice and well maintained! :)

Perfect place to stay! Everything was very nicely decorated and we were very quickly settled in. Train station and shopping are within walking distance, parking is right in front of the house. Perfect for exploring Hamburg! It could be that we will come back;)

Artur always responded promptly, giving us some restaurant tips. Communication with Artur was very friendly and relaxed. The house is very new, everything is very clean and the amenities are high quality. The pictures and description are 100% accurate.

I was allowed to stay in a guest and dog-friendly place where I quickly felt at home. Sonja is a loving host who has put a lot of effort into the decor of the house and my dogs and I even received a welcome gift. The beautiful garden and the house with everything you need is, with the quiet location, a really great combination. The area invites you to explore the Elbe and shopping is easily accessible by car.

This is an amazing house. You can feel the love of the people living here, but it is all made perfectly available for guests. Stefanie is truly lovely and we had the best time at this house with our friend group! Well recommended!

Our stay was short . But the accommodation and the landlords definitely convinced us. Even before arrival, we clarified all ambiguities with each other, such as the key handover. And also answered us very firmly. The apartment was great . We would book it again 😊

Everything super clean and very cozy. Only the sofa is not very comfortable as a sleeping accommodation. The super equipped kitchen, loving decor and friendly hosts more than made up for it.

I had booked Claudia's apartment for a week's workation in Hamburg. I mean, I worked there during the day, which worked excellently. There is a small desk for the computer, fast WiFi/internet and Claudia even kindly provided me with an extra screen, thank you again for that! The apartment is really tiptop clean, fully equipped and above all very quiet, considering you are in the middle of a big city. The Elbe and the harbor are just around the corner and Ottensen is really a great neighborhood with everything you could ever need. If I were to be in Hamburg again for longer, I would definitely book this apartment. Thanks for everything, Claudia, see you next time!

The apartment is in a great location: only about 15 minutes' walk from the train station, with the U3 or bus line 6 (about 10 minutes away) you are quickly in the city center, at the landing climbs, etc. There is also a tram that runs even faster to the train station, but we did not use it. There are many small breakfast cafes in the area. We stayed at the Alstercafe as it opened before 9 o'clock, also in the "gold piece". Tasty cakes and quiche are also available in the "heart and sugar". The apartment is in a great and quiet location and well furnished with everything needed. Great modern bathroom with walk-in shower, the small kitchen had a Nespresso machine and a hot water kettle, plenty of dishes and cutlery, etc. The living/bedroom is also nice and modernly furnished, with enough lamps and lights by the bed. There is also a smartphone docking station for charging. I found it super convenient for 3 people with appliances:) Thank you dear Romy!
