It is very quiet here, so there is peace and quiet. There is a small pine forest with rich bird life in the garden. It is 300 meters down to Lynæs Surfcenter and Lynæs Harbor, and you can walk along the beach all the way there.

Near pizzeria - 2 min. walk from the residence and bus stop just outside the pizzeria.
