apartment on the outskirts of Jerez, very well maintained and stylishly furnished. Excellent internal cleanliness. Very convenient private indoor parking. Air conditioning in all rooms (essential given the heat in the city), kitchen with all the accessories (dishwasher, microwave and traditional ovens, washing machine etc.) large and well-kept condominium pool, presence of the lifeguard during opening hours. Convenient location for reaching the city center and at the same time for a trip to the sea which can be reached in a maximum of 20 minutes.

We would definitely come back. All the amenities, breathtaking views, everything in perfect condition, practically above Rota beach and close to downtown. The owner is quick and attentive communication.

We had a wonderful stay in Viveca and Hendrik’s house, which is centrally located right on one of the main squares in town (Plaza Espana), with great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets just steps away. Despite its central location, the apartment was peaceful and quiet, making for a very relaxing and pleasant stay. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, and Viveca and Henrik made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a family of five plus grandparents. It even had the basics coffee, milk, and other basics on arrival - a thoughtful touch that made us feel very welcome. Parking was not an issue, we found free parking a short walk from the house. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

We booked,at the last minute,and it was super quick,helpful and friendly,giving us flexibility,with departure time. The apartment,great, very close to the drinking area and everything, you have to see,in Sanlúcar. Totally advisable,we went as a family and my children and my wife enchanted. The accommodation perfectly matches what is described and shown in the photos. It is a nice and cozy apartment in the heart of the city that has everything you need to spend a few days or a week. Even so, it was José Antonio and Fran who made sure my stay was not lacking in anything, being attentive and helpful at all times. In fact, they gave me detailed recommendations of what I couldn't miss there, and they were always close and willing to help with whatever was needed. I wouldn't hesitate to choose them again, they made my experience there easy, comfortable and unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything!

We felt very comfortable in the cabin and also enjoyed the garden! Ana and her husband helped us with anything we needed!

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

perfect little place for 4. everything you need. it looks quite traditional in the photos but it is all beautifully appointed and new. quiet and in the country but super easy access to the whole coast. highly recommended and Beatrix is lovely

The stay in the apartment was very successful. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped-we didn't miss anything while cooking. Very comfortable beds. We had a very positive impression on the whole – we'd love to come back!

This flat was super quiet, and in a perfect location. Everything in the historic centre is about 5-15 mins away walking. Very close to buses, train station, market, grocery stores, cafe/bars. The flat was comfortable and had all the amenities of being at home. We stayed for 6 weeks and felt like it was our own place. The other tenants in the building are also super lovely people, a really nice community. Great value for money. Lots of space and comfortable to fully live in.

Eva recommends has been a very good host. She provided both check-in and outbound and gave us very good recommendations from Jerez. The apartment was very clean and in a great area. Definitely the next time we go to Jerez we will repeat!

We stayed 2 months in winter. The apartment and its surroundings are very pleasant and we would recommend it to anyone wanting an excellent vacation.
