It has access to the east balcony via the large kitchen-living room, with a view of the meandering Illach stream. The house was built with craftsmen of the region, sustainable building materials and the latest technology 2021. This apartment has a bedroom with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, so it can accommodate 3 people.
