Mökki on valmistunut vuonna 2006 ja autokatos- ja suksien hoitotila vuonna 2017. Mökki on tehty vahvasta suomalaisesta 210 mm pyöröhirrestä, jonka on sisällä valkolakattu puun luonnollisen kauniin värin säilymiseksi. Mökin valaistus ulkona ja sisällä on tunnelmallinen ja lämmin. Valaistus on toteutettu pääosin ledeillä ja muutenkin mökin energiankulutuksen on panostettu esim ilmalämpöpumpun kautta ja samalla se antaa myös käyttömukavuutta lisää.
