Inside there is a bunk-room complete with full and twin size beds, a cozy loft with a queen mattress, and quaint living room with futon, electric kettle, microwave, and mini fridge. Crafted from pine felled and hand-planed in Boone, NC, the cabin has a wonderful smell and unique aesthetic. It's like a woodcutter's home deep in the woods, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

There are 3 smart ROKU TVs (1 in each bedroom and in living room), fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer plus 1 covered and 1 uncovered parking space. 2 beds plus 1 air mattress. Dallas sites, Rowlett, and Rockwall are all nearby.

Spacious hidden gem just east of DT Dallas. Private entrance to this studio with private bathroom and all the amenities you could need. You’ll have full access to the pool and parking on site. I live onsite but because you have your own private entrance, you won’t see me at all unless you need something. 15 mins to DT Dallas where there is always something going on from concerts and comedy shows to amazing Texas food and activities.

We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom.
