In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful park. Within walking distance are: 5 minutes / large shopping center 10 minutes / main train station 15 min / historic old town

In winter you can enjoy Skiing, sledging and many more activities. Furthermore, the apartment holds traditional Tyrolean furniture, which makes the place very cozy.
