Located between the cities of Cologne (45 km) and Düsseldorf (40 km), near Solingen and Wuppertal, the apartment is perfect if you are traveling professionally and prefer to live a little quieter.

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

Our guest house covers approximately 70 m² over two floors and can accommodate up to six people. The accommodation is ideal for trade fair visitors, families, friends, fitters or small groups. Three comfortable double beds (each 1.60 x 2.00 m) are available in two rooms, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep. A bus stop (line 260 with a direct service to Cologne Central Station) and a supermarket are just a three-minute walk away.
